Loss of interest in future plans...i´ve never had future plans in my life and i am 40. that didn´t change over the years. i needed 12 years to find a job. i´m in for 5 years now and it´s just exhausting that i am near to burn out. i always wanted a cat when i was a kid, the only kind of childhood dream. i got a cat and he´s dead now only 1 1/2 years later and my world is so much darker than before and it was dark from the beginning. for what should i make future plans? i try to live in the moment. not living in the past nor in the future. nobody knows whats in 5 years..heck nobody knows what happens the next weekend. you can make a loot of plans and never accomplish any of it because life happens. i thought of professional development when i started my job...it´s not possible. bc i´m so tired of my current job that i cant make it in my state of health. the only thing i try to do is eating healthy, getting enough sleep, do what is a little bit fun to me. and this alone is hard work

None of those are taboo. You can speak openly about them. Things that are still taboo are the disorders. Generally if something is taboo it will be considered a disorder. Disorders generally by definition go against society's norms. That's what mental illness is, really.

I personally play football and I’m the goalkeeper and I play for the school football team I have played for the school team for 8 months now and I in my most recent game conceded a penalty when I came out of course I was miserable the next day and of course to make it worse I was left out on things for it and it was not the first time i have been mocked for things I have done and I wanted to know why I’m constantly left out of things like pro clubs on fifa I was aloud to play for about 5 days until there was a sudden change how I wasn’t good enough and left out and I was clearly on the call when this happened it makes me so tired and other things I try to do in my own time flight simulators and reading about air law i always end up leaving that call with that group as I’m always told to just do that instead of playing pro clubs

It's the biggest of red flags if someone is causing you pain and you've told them not to. Same goes for humiliation. Unless someone specifically requests these (not things I'd ever consent to) DON'T DO THEM!
